The 2008 Legislative Session came to an end at midnight, April 4.  Tax reform was not brought up for a vote as the House and Senate could not find common ground on this contentious issue.  Also, while a compromise transportation funding Constitutional Amendment passed the House, it was defeated in the Senate.
